TB Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge
TB activated carbon filter cartridge is made of activated carbon particles,which are sintered together with cohesive solvent. The inner layer of the filter cartridge is polypropylene frame that can improve the filter cartridge\'s pressure-resistant strength. Both the frame and the outer layer of the activated carbon filter cartridge are wrapped by two layers of super fine polypropylene fider felt,so that the filler cartridge has dual functions of filtration and purification.The filter cartridge has a white plastic net cover so as to have a ciean and tidy appearance.Both ends of the filter cartridge are fitted with soft butadiene nitrile rubber covers,in order to ensure a good sealing performance after the filter cartridge is fitted into the filter cylinder. The finished activated carbon filter cartridge is packed closely with plastic film to prevent them against pollution and keep them clean.
TB activated filter cartridge is strongly absorbent,thus effectively getting rid of the residual chlorine, peculiar smell,color,organic objects,etc.
CHARACTERISTICS
TB activated carbon filter cartridge has a real deep-level filtering structure to produce both functions of filtration and purification.Neither filter agent nor carbon treatment is needed while the filter cartridge is in operation.Because the activated carbon filter cartridges do not separate out fibers and other materials,while its used for the purification of galvanizing liquid,its cannot make the cladding appear pinholes or fragility.
